This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information we may collect and you may provide (“Personal Information”) in connection with your participation in any Edge of Abundance Coaching Programs (the “Program”) including: online course(s), one-on-one or group coaching and training, classes, workshop, live events, mastermind or entering any online private forum or platform (“Platform”) operated by or on behalf of Parisa Blaha Pre Corporation O/A Edge of Abundance (“EOA” or “We”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use (and under what circumstances disclose) your Personal Information. If you do not wish to share any Personal Information, you will not be able to participate in any Program or otherwise be given access to the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that your only recourse if you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy is not to provide us with your Personal Information but you will not be able to participate in any Program.

EOA maintains this website (the “Site”) and our membership Platform to facilitate your participation in the Programs as described in the Terms of Use and on the Site. If you become a member and sign up for one or more of the Programs, we will collect and retain personal information such as your name, contact information and other information you may voluntarily provide (“Personal Information”) for the purposes explained on the Site and Platform.

We only collect the Personal Information that you provide to us in connection with being a participant in a Program. By providing Us with your Personal Information, you give EOA your express consent to contact you in the manner you indicate using the contact details that you provide only for the purpose it was collected and in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Any Personal Information you may share or provide in the context of participating in an online or virtual Program, such as your opinions, beliefs, information about yourself or anything else that could be considered Personal Information will be kept confidential within the membership Portal and will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. Any Personal Information you may provide or share on some other platform (such as Facebook) in connection with your participation in a Program will be subject to the privacy policies of such platforms.

We also collect payment information which is only collected through our Site. When providing payment information on the website, you can pay through PayPal or with credit card. If paying by credit card, the PayPal app collects and encrypts the data. You agree that EOA will be required to share payment information with third party payment processors as needed to process your payment(s) and you give us permission to charge your credit card for all fees and charges due to EOA without any additional authorization. Your credit card information will not be shared with any other third party.

We do not use your Personal Information for any other purpose or disclose the Personal Information to any third party without your explicit consent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, we may preserve or disclose Personal Information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; or to protect our or any other person’s or entity’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your Personal Information.

Any use of your Personal Information outside the terms of this Privacy Policy (including use of your personal likeness, image, opinions etc.) will be subject to your express written consent.

By providing us with your Personal Information, you give EOA your express consent to contact you using the contact details that you provide. Communication with participants will take various forms which may include but not be limited to: email, various apps such as Voxer, Circle, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and texting.

We strive to protect your Personal Information by having in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard and secure the Personal Information we receive from you, including without limitation, industry standard security technologies. We are continuously utilizing security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration. Despite our efforts, however, we cannot guarantee the security of any Personal Information. Should there be a security breach, you will be immediately notified. All information is securely stored in our system that only and all files are further saved behind password-protected folders.

We may use the services of unrelated service providers (collectively, “Third Parties") in connection with the Platform, including, without limitation, off premise data hosting and communication services. We may disclose your Personal Information and Data to the Third Parties in the course of our use of their services solely in connection with their provision of the services. We take care to use Third Parties that we believe are reputable and capable of performing the services we require of them, including, without limitation, the handling Personal Information and Data and the compliance with all applicable laws.

You may also choose to opt-in to promotional emails that we might send from time-to-time. If you decide that you no longer wish to receive promotional emails, you will have the option to opt-out using a simple ‘unsubscribe’ link provided in all promotional emails.

6. Anonymized Aggregated Data

We may aggregate and anonymize Data and use and disclose it for a variety of purposes, including analytics. However, in these situations, we do not disclose any Personal Information.

 

We keep Personal Information and Data for as long as it is required for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the applicable laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We may periodically de-identify and delete (a) Information from collected Personal Information and Data; and (b) unnecessary information collected elsewhere on and/or through the Platform.

We will comply with such requests to the extent required by law or our policies, and subject to any limitations in our systems.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The use of Personal Information and Data we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and the Terms of Use. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use Personal Information and Data, we will post a notice on the Platform, but in all respects, We will only use Your Personal Information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and otherwise consistent with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and any other relevant privacy legislation. You are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and the Terms of Use when you use the Platform after such changes have been first posted.

To access certain features of the Program, including the private membership portal, you may need a username and password which you must keep confidential. You agree to provide information that is accurate and up to date.
